Welcome to AutoProtecto. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website autoprotecto.com and related online content and forms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are — not an insurer
AutoProtecto is a free informational and referral/marketing service. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, broker, underwriter, or claims administrator. We do not sell insurance policies, bind coverage, provide insurance advice that constitutes a licensed broker recommendation in every jurisdiction, guarantee premiums or savings, or adjudicate claims.
Any insurance products discussed or offered are provided solely by independent third-party partners that may contact you after you submit information through the Site.
2. Eligibility — USA drivers
The Site is intended for individuals located in the United States who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and who are exploring auto insurance or related services for USA drivers. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are not using the Site for unlawful purposes.
State eligibility varies. Not all products, partners, or offers are available in all states. Partner licensing, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory rules differ by jurisdiction. Submission of a form does not guarantee that a partner will contact you or that coverage will be available or affordable in your state.
3. Informational & marketing nature of the Site
Content on the Site — including educational copy, FAQs, and partner listings — is for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional, attorney, or other qualified advisor. Always review policy documents and speak with licensed partners before purchasing coverage.
4. Lead forms & partner referrals
When you submit a form on the Site, you request that AutoProtecto and/or its partners contact you about insurance or related offers. You authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more partners in our network, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Partners may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other channels consistent with applicable law and your consent.
You are under no obligation to purchase any product. AutoProtecto does not control partner pricing, underwriting decisions, or customer service after a referral is made.
5. Advertising disclaimer
AutoProtecto may receive compensation from partners for marketing, advertising, or referral activities. Compensation arrangements can influence which partners appear or receive leads, but do not change your freedom to decline any offer. Listings on our Partners page do not constitute an endorsement by those entities of AutoProtecto, nor a guarantee of a business relationship in every state or product line.
Advertisements and partner communications are the responsibility of the respective advertisers/partners. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party claims.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false contact information;
- Use automated means to scrape, flood, or abuse forms without our written permission;
- Attempt to interfere with Site security or availability;
- Use the Site in violation of applicable telemarketing, privacy, spam, or consumer-protection laws;
- Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Site content beyond ordinary personal, non-commercial browsing except as allowed by law.

The AutoProtecto name, logos, site design, and original content are owned by AutoProtecto or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without prior written consent, except for nominative fair use.

9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOPROTECTO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR INSURANCE OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOPROTECTO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM REFERRALS TO THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoProtecto and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply. Courts located in the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer venue rights.
